nice
(... being slightly navigationally challenged (and can't be bothered to do lots of googling): is it faster to reach than the nene one ?)
... wish someone would build something like that for learning how to surf: mega-wide basin with wavemachine & padded beach kind of thing |

Katrin and myself checked out a model of it at the welsh canoe and kayak show last year, it looks great, i love the fact it has an escelator so you do not even have to get out of your boat to go round again
i could not see a planned open date on the web site? _________________ Don't think you can - Know you can |

Went last weekend with Neil. Awesome course!! Bit shallow in places. concrete wears your knuckles away. I found it very full on. Lifeguards on duty for bale-outs. I only had one though. Not bad for an oldie.
Neil was really good. Great experience. Pics on facebook.
Made the Nene look like a Sunday morning paddle.
Possible Club Trip? Need a very confident roll as there are no stopping points on the course and very unforgiving. |
