if anyone is interested i shall be heading to the medina water chute on the 17th, its 1500hrs - 1600hrs with sunset at 1630hrs its going to be a short one.
launching places are the folly (closer but you will have to paddle against the tide to get back), or IYWAC (down tide but a long paddle back).

if you are thinking of going on the club nene trip this year and have no white water experience this will be a good oppotunity to learn some basic skills.

that's what I'm hoping for ... would even prefer it if I stayed ABOVE / ON it for a change
(that's apart from the rescues etc. - one day I get a decent DRY dry-suit ) |

... forgot to ask how it went ? any photos/videos
... we drove down your way, but then got 'sidetracked' with "manuevering in confined spaces"
... and I ended up having to reverse out inbetween the 2 long moorings (and some expensive yachts)
so was slightly 'unable' to admire your adventures, Sara mentioned bivvi-tent ?!!!! |
